Allure Leather Lingerie ships UPS or FedEx, Ground. Packages are expected to arrive to you within 6-24 days of placement. PO Boxes, are not supported.

Regardless of price or quantity of your order, shipping fee's are one low rate of $8.95. Your payment will refunded within 24 hours if the item(s) ordered are not in-stock. If placing a multi order (items being shipped from other companies, as well), all items will be shipped separately in discrete packaging. Order Invoices, Return Policies and Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you.

*All North Carolina Residents will have sales tax of 8.25% added to the order according to the merchandise total. Sorry, it’s State Law.

 Exchange ONLY can be done if the item that was shipped was not the item ordered, or has a factory defect. All items that fall under this category have to be Shipped to T&A Lingerie for inspection, before it can be exchanged. Inspections include product verification and wear/damage. If item(s) pass inspection there will be a 10% restocking fee along with a $5.00 charge to cover the Shipping charges, when being sent back to Allure Leather Lingerie. These fee's will be taken out your original order. The original Shipping Fee's will NOT be refunded. All shipping fee's are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Product Care:

Leather Care

Store your leather garment in a well ventilated area out of the garment bag .Allow a wet or damp garment to air dry away from any heat source. Remove small stains as soon as possible with a cleaner like saddle soap. Polish with a good quality leather polish. Use professional drycleaners for more serious stains

Vinyl / Patent Leather Care

It is recommended that Vinyl garments be stored in a garment bag away from other clothing. Hand wash in warm water with a small amount of liquid detergent. Wash both the inside and outside of the garment, rinse thoroughly in cool water. Hang to dry inside out then turn to let Vinyl side dry . Polishing can be done with small amounts of silicone spray. Different colors of Vinyl should be washed and stored separately as dark colors can bleed onto lighter ones.
