T&A Lingerie History
"There is a reason we have been around for 15 years!"

T&A Lingerie was started in a small, very small rental building in a room of size 20' x 20'. Within a year, T&A was able to knock down an interior wall and rent the next room, which was not much bigger. This provided extra sales floor space and a large closet, which became the first official T&A sewing center for the exclusive T&A Designs.
In 1999, T&A moved into it's current location of 3,600 sq. ft.. Since
then we have strived to bring the best products and customer service to
all of our patrons. Pretty much.... if it is not good quality or it doesn't
look right, we will tell you just that.
All of our employees take six training courses and are a Certified Sales Representative, for T&A Lingerie. You are probably wondering, "Why take courses, it's just lingerie?" Well, let me ask you a question.... Would you want to buy intimate apparel from a company whom really doesn't know what they are selling, or from a company that knows the ins and outs of lingerie design to ensure a better fit? Our certified courses don't just cover lingerie, and clubwear, we train in Novelty Safety & Product Knowledge, S & M, Transgendered, Shoes, and Merchandising. All aspects of theses training courses incorporate customer service skills. These courses are so knowledgeable that some of the other local lingerie retailers have caught on to the trend, and are making training courses of their own.
Now, it's 2008, and over these last 15 years we have become a staple in our comminity, not just from selling intimate apparel, but from actively participating in our community. Such activities include Sponsership, Breast Cancer Benifits, Bike Rallies, and Lingerie Shows. Being a staple has benifited us in a few ways. One, we have developed a long lasing client base that understands that we are here to help them become more active in their sexual lifestyle, without predjudice. Two, by T&A paying attention to individual needs, our customers have developed a great sense of loyalty, that we cherish, and implement their ideas to better suit their needs, along with the needs of others. Three, most importantly, being a staple has helped us show the community that we are not just selling intimate apparel, we are building a family, by showing them that we are a family, and that we care!
"Thank you, to everyone who has helped us become what we are today!" |
